GTA 4 zako modding (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to see if I can mod GTA 4 to have some female enemies among the males. Anyone got any idea how I can do that?

This was written for MaxPayne3, but it apllies to GTA4 as well (just another filenames).
Though I wouldn't recommend to waste time messing with GTA4, while GTA5 exists.

I don't want to replace them. But change it so that at least for certain groups like the Angels Of Death bikers their female variants would spawn as enemies. There's gotta be something in the files that determines mission spawns. I do want to keep dude in cutscenes intact. And another idea could be adding in new NPCs or using existing ones as a female enemy as well alongside males.

I don't remember much about GTA4 - it was too long time ago. But in GTAV there is "popgroups.ymt" file that contains lists of ped models names organized in spawn groups (gangs, civilians in certain locations, etc.). Maybe GTA4 had had something similar....
