Hey guys just wondering how to set the game up in folders and how to download new characters etc, I have no idea to be honest. Appreciate any help and thanks in advance!

The Newbie Guide is a good place to start. It will point you towards other useful resources (such as sby's Loader Pack) and walk you through a few simple modding tasks. There are other Loader packs available (such as WeeWillie's bundle, which includes highly interactive stories) but I'd advise you to run through the Newbie Guide first. You can download several packs if you want to; there's no harm in having multiple SDT folders on your local disk.
Effectively navigating the Undertow website (to find specific content that you want, or discover new kinks and fetishes) is a bit more complicated. Some of the content has been copied to the Resource Manager, which means that you can easily browse through the most recent mods on the first few pages (or re-sort the list to view the most popular files). Tags can be used to find material which shares a particular category or theme (such as <blonde hair> or <bondage>). There's a lot of older material scattered across various threads in the Imports board -- each thread may be quite long, but most of the content will appear in the first post (so you can usually ignore any subsequent pages). A great deal of content has also been collected and categorized in the Archive. And if you're interested in a particular topic, character name, or keyword then a forum Search is a good place to start.
