1. Obtain permission from the artist (@D-Oxygen).
   
2. Trace the design into vectors using a program such as Inkscape.
3. If you can provide a decent SVG file then I'll animate it for you.
   • Note: I won't be able to animate this hairstyle using vanilla techniques.
   • If you're willing to accept a Loader mod then that's fine. If you insist on a vanilla import then you'll need to ask someone else to do the animation work.
