BEFORE REPORTING ANY ISSUE, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE UPDATED BDO TOOLKIT, RESOREPLESS, META INJECTOR AND (IF YOU ARE USING IT) RESTORE N' PATCH.

If whatever issue you are having still occurs and if you are using custom files besides the ones created by Resorepless, move your custom files to a separate folder and check if you're still having whatever issue were having. If the issue is resolved, attempt to add your custom files in parts until you find the problematic file(s).

NOTE THAT WHEN YOU REMOVE FILES AFTER YOU HAVE ALREADY PATCHED THE META FILE, YOU NEED TO RESTORE A BACKUP.

If you are not using custom files, or if you are and the issue persists after removing them, include ALL of the following information:

• The version of BDO Toolkit that had been used
• The version of Meta Injector that had been used
• The version of Resorepless that had been used
• The version of Restore N' Patch that had been used (If used)
• Are you using custom files? Yes/No
• Patching method used in Meta Injector ("Keep files and folders structures" or "Let the program decide")
• Client region (NA/EU/RU/KR/JP/Etc.)
• Client version (As reported by Meta Injector, "Meta Version")
• What did you attempt to do (Patch with Meta Injector/Run the game with Restore N' Patch/Play the game/Etc.)
• Screenshots (If the error goes away quickly, record a video. If the error originates in the programs, make the console window as tall as possible and include multiple screenshots, scrolling up slightly so I could have context for the program's attempted action(s)).

IT IS UNLIKELY THAT I WOULD BE PROVIDING ANY SUPPORT WHEN THERE ISN'T ENOUGH INFORMATION AVAILABLE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL NOT POST AT ALL.
