Textures numbered 99 are not currently used in the game.
And what is the resolution of that nude texture?
You need at least 1024x1024 textures.

Because Tamers underwear outside the Char editor uses a different file. The Standard Tamer underwear Texture should be "pbw_00_uw_0001.dds"

But did you just use resorepless to configurate it or are you fond of manually editing texture.
If its the first, feel free to join my discord (Link below the post) and go to channel "#resorepless Install", scrolling down a bit there is an explaination about how to remove it using the resorepless tool. (with pictures :D) just to save long explaining :)
