I'm having a similar issue as incubus and I don't understand why. Intro plays and then only empty dialogue boxes show up

Doesn't work for me and I can't figure out why. Using Sby launcher with gagged dialogue, but dialogue only plays part way through intro and then nothing happens, only empty dialogue boxes showup
