Notes and possible issues:

To use, open with the SWF mod button in the Modding tab.
This mod works with Vanilla and the Loader.
To change the colour of the fill, use the LegwearA or LegwearB left slider (depending on version used).
To change the colour of the shade, use the LegwearA or LegwearB right slider (depending on version used).
The latest versions are using the Body layer, so they can be used with any other Bottoms or Footwear mods without colliding with them, the downfall is their colours will change if skin tint is modified.

The versions 2.1 use the LegwearA or LegwearB sliders.

Both 2.0 versions use the Body layer, so they can be used with any other Bottoms or Footwear...

You don't have to use the body layer to avoid conflicts, you can set each layers settings to override=false

Unluckily, the stockings would still appear over the basic Bottoms and Footwear...
