Sort of. Way to pass their moderation sometimes. Then install patch from the web / external links.

Is the patch something the developers provide, or other people made?
It's actually really annoying if they don't have an official work around for it.
I get that steam sucks in that matter, because of a thousand different laws or whatever - but what's the point of developing a censored porn game? :|

One point is clear - Steam starts to approving adult one games. By other hand - for each one such game moderators has their own specific "vision" what can be possible, and what can't and "additional" un-censorship patch somewhere "outside" is needed. And it totally depends on specific game. Just in case - Steam forum of the game counts as "outside", as strange as it looked.

Not yet. Before I've decide to wait for 1.0 version. But, by other hand, I see you have special offer at the moment. So probably will get into 100$ one tier later this month. Prefer high fixed prices to subscriptions more.

According to the screens and other public info - looks enough for early access.

Also - do you maybe have an example (the best one) of a game that's doing it like that?

With sexual content - no, if we not count "Boobs Saga". Still in early access, 379 reviews in Steam, Site Error It actually short, has lags/bugs into it. Price is cheap, but it's actually cheap in total, also compare to your developing, for example. But people playing. It has, as I know, only 1 developer. He slowly proceeding new things into.

What else... if not count "sex addicted" onces, good example is Distance on Steam

Was in early access like ~ 4+ years. I'm not remember any another such longer games there (Wreckfest was too long there, Dream was mediocre +/-) which one I've played by other hand. Long. But from the start point it was fully playable, people continue to play all this years, at the start ~ 8 tracks in short campaign (not count other mods). And it's was good one. I've played from the start. Little in the middle. And then after release.

Update. Scrolling activity today in steam. One friend got this game: Site Error

Boarding College is an interactive comics that contains explicit sexual content, nudity and violence.

Sexual Themes include:

Near by it - Site Error

Both game was uploaded just at 11-12 january 2019. No censorship in it. So, I suppose, will be a lot of such one of this in Steam in upcoming days.

OK! Finally played it as promissed. Have to say - it's SO MUCH BETTER, it's awesome how much you are adding with each build - personally I'd be happy for you to focus more on the content, but the systems now seem to be working well. And the new quest system is really good! I did find a few bugs, but I do get that it's still in development
