Many of them have already been done. For example: Rossweisse, Rias Gremory Dynamic Hair, and the whole <high school dxd> tag.
Please read the rules before making a Request. You're expected to Search for existing material, ask only for things which don't exist yet, and provide reference images for any characters or costumes that you want.
If you can find a specific DxD character who's missing from the roster then feel free to post a new Request thread.
Artists put a lot of time and care into the creation of mods. The least that you can do is look for the stuff that they've already made. You're welcome to use that stuff as-is, although most artists would also appreciate feedback. Ideally, we'd like for you to get involved and contribute in whatever way you can (via testing, writing, editing, coding, drawing, animating, etc ... or even just by making interesting suggestions).
