I don't know if anyone requested this but i am now.

I am not asking the character Red Riding Hood i am asking just the Hood that she is wearing.

This is actually a filled request, as of October 2016.
Iago made an RGB slider-compatible hood and cape, which can be found here.
Now, if you're wondering why this was labeled an "invalid request", there's a few reasons.

1. Your reference images aren't side views, and are therefore useless.
   
2. Your request isn't descriptive, and isn't useful from an artist's viewpoint; how are you supposed to know what to make if the request isn't clear?
3. Your grammar needs work. Again, it's hard to understand what you're requesting when you're not able to accurately describe what you want.
