Overtop labcoat (1 Viewer)

I was wondering if anyone could turn Professor Juniper Lab Coat into an overtop mod? That's it really :P

Hi Hank,

Did this and turned it RGB adjustable as well. Was doing some screenshots for the RM and discovered that it's too tight to really go very well with other mods, which I presume is the point of the conversion to overtop.

Figured I should expand it a bit using my best judgement, but since it's your request I thought I'd ask first.
