I faintly remember seeing a reddit post about using Umod (I think anyways) to add a Harley Quinn Evie skin to the game although I can't remember when. Also the Bottom left aka Seris is broken and Io (next to rock lady) has a skin on her legs are normally bare. I too hope this could be done but I have literally no modding skills or a single clue as to how to do anything of the sort.

Edit: I found the reddit post unfortunately it was from 3 years ago so i'm not sure if it works anymore
