I found a pretty nice video from a PS2 game called Suikoden. It's an RPG with tons of characters, but this one in particular is the fifth game. There's a duel right at the end of the game (like right before the final boss) where you can play as Lyon, the bodyguard of the main character, and duel her knife wielding rival. The duel works rock-paper-scissors style, and if you get the attacks wrong she gets hit pretty badly. There's one such attack where she is stabbed from behind and lets out a painful yell.
Anyways, this video is pretty well done. It looks like Lyon has the upper hand before she's hit with her rival's special attack and is soon crushed. Of course, it's all in Japanese. I haven't been able to find an English version, but you might enjoy it all the same. The video is on Nicozon and it's found near the bottom of the page. It should play just fine.
