I didn't play the game yet , but the Info we know is that one of the playable characters is Batgirl and we can play her for the whole Game ( So no Forced Playable Characters in Sections ) , so that means she can face every Boss Fight in the game
For the List of Bosses of the game , Then the Ones I remember I saw in the trailer are Mr.Freeze , Clayface , Harley Quinn , but of course there should be more Bosses in the game
