The poster who posted literal defecation pictures, obviously. Nothing but pictures, so the "quote" feature did not work when the pictures were deleted (even though the empty quote was there in the preview).

I went through the 10 pages of posts in this thread, and found one post that had defecation pictures. I placed the pictures in a spoiler. The person who made that post was here for one day and has not returned.
If there was another post that had defecation pictures you will have to help me find it.

That is the one. Though I do recognize the art style, and feel like it was definitely posted here before.
