resorepless は実行時に.resoreplessフォルダを生成します。
その時にゲームデフォルトのファイルを抽出してるからだと思います。

Depending on the version of BDO the underwear may not be available yet and will fail to patch because files will not exist.

Futanarimods zip file forms a folder structure.
Instead of putting it in 14_plw, drag it over files_to_patch where the character folder is located and overwrite it.
