A mod to make her face darken as she loses breath (1 Viewer)

Hello, so I was wondering if anybody could make a mod that, as the title of the thread says, makes her face get darker (or like purple) as she loses breath by being held down or choking her self on his cock. I have no idea if this is a lot of work or not, or if it's possible to achieve a similar effect by tweaking the blush feature but any response is appreciated. Thank you!
