Note that the tattoo is available as a standalone download as well (for use in a nude variant, or with other clothing).

The hair is based on a static version made by Tickles, which can be found here: Yoimiya - Static Hair (Genshin Impact)

really nice mod was wondering if the breast size is changable and if not how would i make it changable

Unfortunately it is not. I designed this outfit before I started looking into making outfits with adjustable breast sizes, and honestly like most Genshin outfits it's a bit too busy for a proper adjustable bust to be easy enough for me to bother with.
