I strongly advise using the latest version of the Loader to run this. Additionally, if using the RGB version of the hair you will need HairRGB to get it to be RGB-adjustable.
The HairRGB version of the hair utilizes the first RGB channel added by that mod, which is applied to the whole hair:
To recreate the eye color used in the first image, use the following code:
iris:normal,54,165,255,1;
Note that this setting is hard-coded into the non-RGB version of the hair, so this only matters if loading the hair via MoreClothing.
