RGB Static Short Hair 03 3.1

This mod is similar to my Philia Static Hair.
RGB adjustable colours code is due to the programming skills of ModGuy.
Predefined colours code has been designed by the almighty sby.

Notes:

• To use, open with the SWF mod button in the Modding tab.
• This mod works with Vanilla and the Loader.
• There are three versions:
  • Two for Vanilla and the Loader, using the Headwear or Collar RGB sliders.
  • One for the Loader with the add-on hairRGB.
• The colour of the fill can be modified with the first slider, and the colour of the shade with the second slider.
• Pressing the V key changes the colours to 9 different presets (blonde, ginger, brunette, etc.).
• If you are a modder and want to make RGB adjustable hair mods, look at this tutorial.
• Other RGB adjustable hair mods are available.
