This is a general-purpose patching tool, it does absolutely nothing on it's own, if something isn't working, it's your misconfiguration at fault.

Doesn't work, requires toolkit 1.4.0 but that toolkit version does not exist.

Meta Injector 1.4.1 requires BDO Toolkit 1.3.0, you're using unsupported pre-releases that were posted on the forums, use official downloads.
