Messy Short Ponytail [EMH] V2, EMHv1.12+

Thanks to @infernotz for astutely pointing out that this mod did not work with moreClothing like the other EMH mods did.

As of right now, there is no official MC support for EMH mods. However, there is a workaround. I'm republishing this mod with that workaround in mind.
