Based on @dantethedarkprince's 'Kitana Outfit' mod, this mod isolates the boots and makes them RGB adjustable. Unfortunately, due to how the footwear slot works, you can't make footwear that is higher than the knees.
Because of that this mod uses the secondary legwear slot instead.
