This was a test mod for ExtraMod in it's early phases. It wasn't very well fleshed out, only works on LIGHT & PALE SKIN TONE, and isn't likely to be updated.
Originally, it was suppose to look like Jinx from Arcane, but the art never survived the various adjustments required to get EM perfected. All the messy course-corrections have left this face looking fugly.
If you like it, you like it; if you don't, you don't. But now it's out there in the world.
You might have to play around with load order.
