I found the picture itself on Serebii.net. There's an episode guide there with pictures of most, or probably all pokemon episodes that have been released. The episode was "Misson: Total Recall!". The problem is though that the pictures there are too small for SDT, So I used (https://waifu2x.booru.pics/) to upscale and double the size. So when I resized it with (https://www.imageenlarger.com/) it would not come out super blurry. I feel like it's such a bootleg way to have made it, but it works, I guess!
