sometimes the French Resistance combatants or "maquisardes " use the lake as a detention facility for the captured enemy nazi recruits of course the hapless german brats die by hypothermia and drowning but after all they are young nazi devoted to the fascist Red Skull and the heroic freedom fighters can't keep prisoners in a proper facility
