the private contractor who defeated zako troopers must deliver their bodies as a proof of her activity performing the assigned task of heroine

despite being useless to the point of being unable to fight, zako troopers are nonetheless violating International Law against Terrorist Armies and contractors are legitimate -or better to say ordered to - execute them on the spot. recent changes in legislation have extended the possibilites of heroes and heroines fighting against zako armies that are ( intrinsecally ) assets of villains or megalomaniacs wanting to conquer the world
so far the action of legal fighting and killing of zako minions was limited to armed combatants, recognized as enemies of the United Nations

but due to modern and largely accepted interpretations, the lethal action can be taken against civilian targets if they are part of corporations controling or financing the abovementioned Zako armies and more specifically their leaders
