Test Drive Unlimited 2 - Nude mod (1 Viewer)

It has not been easy, but I got to create a nude mod.


Firstly, I want to point out that it will take at least 15 GB of free space (Unzip all the files of the game).
I'll try to see if I can not correct it, because there are at least 99% of the files that are useless for mod.
I tried only to those I had to change, but the game crashes. So I need to find what is wrong.
If in the meantime someone managed to find the files to keep, he does not hesitate to report it.

1 - Retrieve all the files I provided you and have a hexadecimal software.


2 - Extract the contents of tdu2_unpacker_v2_2.rar in the root folder of the game.


3 - run unpack_full.bat. (Depending on the pc, it can be shorter or longer)


4 - Once all the files are unpacked, go to the folder "...\Euro\Bnk\avatar", copy common_bodies.bnk and paste in the folder "...\Euro\Bnk\avatar\clothes\Casino".


5 - a) Then extract the contents of TduDec.rar in "...\Euro\ Bnk\database".
b) Go to the folder "...\Euro\ Bnk\database" and Make a backup of db_data.cpr.
c) Run Dec.bat, it will create a file db_data_cpr.txt.
d) Open the file db_data_cpr.txt with hexadecimal software.
e) Search "57 5F 43 41 5F 44 5F 53 6C 65 65 76 65 6C 65 73 73 5F 53 68 6F 72 74 5F 30 32" and replace with "63 6F 6D 6D 6F 6E 5F 62 6F 64 69 65 73 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00"and save.
e) After editing the file, run Enc.bat. (Still in the database folder)


6 - Extract the file on TDU_Nude_MOD_v2.zip in "...\Euro\Bnk\avatar" and "...\Euro\Bnk\avatar\clothes\Casino"

7 - Start the Game.

7 - To the naked body, you must go to the casino and buy one of the dresses. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the English version given that I use the French version. Simply scroll through the clothing of the upper body and you will easily recognize. :p


Attention. I really recommend you use this mod in offline. You never know, you might get banned if they see that you are using modified files.


Here's how to change clothes.


A little research, I found much easier than changing the data.cpr.
- Simply copy the clothes fichierle want in the folder.
- Rename the original file
- Copy the original file name
- Replace the file name of the desired garment.


example:


Clothe_ori.bnk ---> Clothe_ori_bak.bnk
Clothe_01.bnk ---> Clothe_ori.bnk


If you want to put the model naked, just copy "common_Bodies.bnk" in the folder where is the clothes you want to replace and then rename the file name you want to edit.

Warning !! you must do that for clothes without the possibility of changing color. (eg those at the casino or clothing NPC), otherwise the game crash on Dressing when you scroll down the clothes.

I will explain later how to change the texture of the skin. (for clothes, it is strangely done, and I do not know how to change this)

Just one question, whats a good hexadecimal software to use, never used one before.

Edit: Also, there is no \avatar folder in my "...\Euro\ Bnk\" directory, do We have to create the avatar folder?

Software for hexadecimal, I use HxD: HxD - Freeware Hex Editor and Disk Editor | mh-nexus


Otherwise for the avatar folder, you should have normally after extracting files. See if you have not missed a step.

I had to buy the casino DLC, maybe some had the dlc with the game. I know it came with the game when I purchased it on xbox when it was released, but that was over a year ago.

the DLC cost more than the game for me lol.

What i've done is go to the casino, buy all the clothes and gone back to my house, so when i do get the mod working, I can just load offline and not need to go into the casino. I'm having to re-install everytime I screw up with the mod, but keeping the saves helps.

Thanks for the continued help Ultima, finally got there in the end.

Did a fresh install, after installation went straight into the steps in the original post, used the universal launcher and went straight to the closet to change outfit and there it was, the skin suit lol. (I had kept my saves from playing the game normally so I could keep the outfits from the casino store).
