I've been on DA for a while and found this absolute gem of a Daz artist that has a mortal kombat inspired project called "Bloodblade Fight Club". It features a diverse cast of male and female fighters in a deathmatch complete with finishers, deathtraps, and a very cool story.
I've spoken to him before and he's pretty friendly, open to commissions and more. The books are worth a read too if anyone is into the literary stuff, but just for the fight galleries and finisher galleries I've found this stuff to be superb. And the whole setup is interactive, so you can vote on who wins or loses, who and how they get finished and stuff. It's like the old school era of MK but really over the top with the designs and finishers. Really cool stuff.
