I think Tracy is alright looking but also don't think there's a nude version of her. I dipped into the online character creation to see those females and *shudder*.

The console version was hacked too and had full frontal male and female nudity as well as a "rape" script that people with the hack could use on other players.

You copy and paste the non-readme files into the folder with your GTAV.exe
When in game press F4 to bring up the menu, navigate with the numpad, 5 = select 0 = back.

There's a few good looking non-nude ladies in there too.

What file did you change to get this?
I managed to edit the character appearance to go topless and got those valentine's lower pantyhose with a trainer mod. But the topless model has those blue oval nippels, and the valentine's lowers witch are three:
one is full,
the second is a short lacy,
an the third is a almost g string bikini but the skin on the legs are darker for some reason
These can be edited to look naked because the model has a nice looking ass-legs mesh, not loke those ugly grandma bikini ones.

i also tried to edit the one from the red panties but i cant remove the shadows... (its the underwear for the dresses)

and here some edit with some wanna-be-nipples (in not good with it)
it may crash in OpenIV when we try to open it but it works in game

NOTE: it may only work with default freemode female skin

I tried this method and after choosing torso type 18 texture 12 still got those damn blue nips!
