This is actually bonus content, not a sequel to Final Fuck from last year. It costs almost as much as the original, and you need the original to play Again. What you do get are six new player characters and a few new enemies, one of which appears to be a female enemy humping the player character from behind as seen in the third image. You're going to need to set the system locale to Japanese prior to extracting the file; just leave the system locale to Japanese to play the game.
