Greetings and Salutations!
I'm the creator of a fairly new adult game called Eros Academy. The game is ongoing and open-ended, with updates at least once monthly. Two updates have already been completed (Though the second is restricted to Patrons until the 17th). It is, and always will be, free. Patrons simply get early access to each build and a fair bit of extra content. I'll describe it momentarily, but first, for those who don't want to bother with the description, the download is available on my Patreon Page. Most of the following information is also available there.
What is Eros Academy?
Built using the Ren'py engine, Eros Academy is intended to be something between a Dating Sim and an RPG. The basic idea of the game is that, some years in the future, a new company founds an institution called Eros Academy. This academy offers both a place for people to learn about their sexuality and a safe haven to practice that sexuality. They offer four major services.
(note: Only some of the things mentioned are implemented so far)
Erotic Exercise - Nude Yoga Classes, Tennis, and swimming are just the beginning. The Academy offers everything from simple naked sports to sex-based workout programs.
Classes - The Academy offers hands on instruction in everything from oral sex to bondage play.
Scenarios - Attendees can select from a whole host of scenarios they would like to experience. Be it playing as a captured princess forced to submit or a naughty schoolgirl seducing their professor.
Groups - Eros Academy allows groups of like minded individuals to use their facilities to practice their kinks. Be it Exhibitionism, Bondage, or Amateur Porn, there are groups at the academy for you to explore your fetishes with. [Currently Groups are not implemented, coming soonish]
Game Play.
For the purposes of the game, you play as Faith Imati, a young women who has worked up the courage to check out her local Eros Academy. The initial build mostly consisted of her introduction to the Academy, with a few minor scenes scattered afterward for players to find through exploration. The first update added a new major character, new locations, a new "major" sex scene, and a number of minor sex scenes. It also introduced the first stat-controlled scenes, with different results based upon Faith's inhibition, arousal, and fitness levels. The second update (currently Patron only until the 17th) added 9 new distinct scenes, with 4 of those 9 scenes having major variations. Along with those scenes came 6 new locations and the first relationship gated scene with a major character (Lily).
Ultimately, the game will play as a cross between Dating Sim and an fairly open ended RPG. As you explore the ever-expanding world of Eros Academy, you'll be able to meet and develop relationships with an expanding number of NPCs, while also having the opportunity to shape Faith's personality/sexuality to your liking. You will be able to, in example, choose to mold her into either a dominant or submissive, with new options and interactions opening up depending on what you choose.
What Will the Game Feature?
Eros Academy is intended to feature a very wide variety of kinks/fetishes. A few that are explicitly planned, or in some cases already present, are:

Transformation(Limited and Temporary - Lasting versions are impractical for this game)

Basically, the intention is to eventually allow Faith(and the player) to explore a bit of everything, all while developing relationships with an ever expanding number of major NPCs who she can either seduce or, in some cases, be seduced by.

In addition to a fairly long intro, with a tour of the academy and a major multi-option sex scene:
2 Major NPCS - Each with the first of their major sex scenes, chat options, and in the case of Lily an appearance in a minor sex scene as well.
14 Additional distinct scenes, some with as many as 4 major variations. (In example, based on Fitness level and inhibition both the Volleyball and Tennis activities have 4 significantly different results)
16 Locations with repeat visits (A few more exist, but are currently only used in the tour)
143 Images - Including 16 animations
