Button next to panties (1 Viewer)

Using sby's most recent loader pack
I've looked through the mods folder notes and cant seem to figure out what the "p" or possibly greek rho button next to your panties option does. Tried searching as well, no luck.

It hides or shows her nipples. I can't remember exactly which mod that's from, but it's one of sby's.
