I always found it to break whatever suspension of disbelief i had whenever noticing how she is basically holding her breath, or waiting for her turn to cough while his penis is in her mouth but not in her throat. Like she could be really high passout% and having her pupils all jittery, with his penis only being partially obscured by her lips. Surely in that situation, she would still be breathing as she could through her nose.
I would greatly appreciate a mod where her abdominal breathing/cough animations remained in play while the penis is in her mouth, but not yet in her throat. I think autoclosemouth plays the breathing audio while her mouth is closed but just a little quieter/muffled, so i think the same approach for audio could be used for a mod like this. No need for visual effects like the steam puffs when her mouth is open, just the audio and abdominal animations.
