Please excuse the fact that the character in the screenshot doesn't resemble Nitocris at all.
Has additional strap around the heel.
Note on RGB-slider binding
The mod uses the primary footwear slider for the shoe's color, and the secondary slider for the light color.
In most cases, a while or yellowish color is a good fit.
Use the alpha slider to adjust the brightness of the "light source".
