The white background needs to be changed to 0% alpha.
Also, even if this is done, part of the normal ears appears above, a part of the elf ears appears on the left and a part of the small ears appears on the bottom right.
This should become an SWF import to be put over an existing hair mod, but it should be entierely redrawn because it is really pixellated.
