@Synonymous seems to have drawn the mod using rasters. It was partially converted to vector artwork but still includes four embedded bitmaps.

The wings are rigidly attached to the forearms. It's possible to animate them much more smoothly, but the artwork would need to be converted into vectors first (see above).
