Designer Slip-Ons (RGB) 1.0

This mod was merely drawn by me and then converted into a functioning mod by stuntcock (thanks!)
Compatible with sby's moreclothing mod (uses the CostumeFootwear part)
RGB slider compatible. Each slider changes one color of the pattern.
