Custom hair i made for a character I'm working on named Cyan (very creative, I know). I like how it came out but if you want a version where the hair sticking out of the crown moves, you're shit outta luck, I'm afraid. I can't make dynamic hair until I fix my PC, and even then I'll need to learn how. For now, get this bully bitch to finally stop running her mouth!
