Fixed a bug where armwear covering hands would turn black after hands closed

Improved fix for compatibility issue with moreclothing that was causing nailpolish to turn black after hands closed. It is also now always active

Better compatibility with animtools, support for future animtools versions

Added dialogue action for setting restrained mode as well

• Dynamic arms toggle and charcode now cycles between 0 - off, 1 - both, 2- left, 3 - right
• Added dialogue actions for setting dynamic arms mode

• Use tapping settings for custom arm positions
• Apply left hand fingers visibility fix for custom arm positions that use closed left hand
• Use allow arm drop settings for custom arm positions

• 'Fixed' issue where nail polish would get set to black after closing hands when using moreclothing, Note: this is an optional setting because it is a workaround fix and nailpolish will show through armwear that covers fingernails
• Changed resistance to only work while awake (already true for jitter)
• Refactored some code for slight boost in efficiency

Fixed a typo introduced in the last update that disabled tapping

• Added setting to disable tapping for non-oral positions, on by default
• Added check to disable tapping for right arm if in non-tapping position (I only did this for the left arm, forgot about right)
• Added setting to disable dynamicArms in non-oral positions, on by default
• Fixed bug where his left hand would be rotated strangley in animtools positions where he is behind her
