So this started out as a suicide girls thread but I've kind of expanded from there. That being said I've done 4 suicide girls, 1 character from a movie, and 1 OC character.

I tried to look that up for you when you still weren't sure, but gave up after around an hour attempting to look through all of the profile pics.
I only mention this because I want you to know that I fully appreciate the effort you put in to finding her name. :)

You could maybe try Porphyria, she doesn't have facial tattoos but her hair and eye makeup are pretty distinctive.

So... In case anyone cares I did one of porpheria. That being said I can't think of any more girls of this kind of style to do so if you have ANY ideas please let me know. I like the tattooed girl look but without being able to do body mods it's hard to find a visually distinctive girl to replicate. Anywho, if you like the way if came out let me know.

I'm going through my \SG folder now trying to find more girls that could work as SDT imports. Here's what I've got so far:
Devushka has dreadlocks and multi-colour dyed har.
JaneDoe has a bunch of cheek piercings on her right side.
Knitzy has big gauges in her ears you could probably try.
Noidd has a partially shaved head and dreads.
Ravyn in the set Spunk has very distinctive hair, but I don't have any more of her sets and my sub isn't active.
Squeak is usually pretty good for a crazy hairstyle.

And that's all I've got right now. I hope at least one of those girls is to your liking.

I may try Jane Doe since I think she's attractive. With most of the others the hair is odd but not different enough to really catch my interest. Jane has the gauged ears, facial piercing and a usually odd makeup style that I'll try and replicate.

Griffon Ramsey from Rooster Teeth would be cool with your style. Someone did one based on the comics she writes but it's not great. Face-wise she only really has a nose ring though.
