Ideally, I'd love to have the sucker's cock be able to shoot off a load of it's own, but that sounds insanely difficult if not infeasible. i think kona will eventually implement this himself.

i don't plan on doing it because i am not interested, and i wouldn't want to put effort into something that has a good chance that it will be properly added to the game later.
