Vampire Teeth/Fangs [ExtaMod]

Fast and dirty mod at the request of Barbou on the SDT Discord.
I made two types: long and short. Short look better when she swallows.
Most, if not all, the other fangs or canine mods available or on the hair or glasses layer.
This mod is on the TEETH layer, which as a modType is only available via ExtraMod.
This mod can be used with MoreClothing, however, since EM doesn't have official support in MC yet, you'll have to use the `autoconsolidate` method. This will put the Fangs into the `Body 1` mod area.
