Noodle (Gorillaz) Style 3 Dynamic Hair [VANILLA]

from an unknown artist in this thread (See spoilers). The art is rather top quality and probably would've made a solid PNG hair. However, I opted to use the provided art and take it's implementation a step further: This hair has taken the original raster art and traced it into a vector, separated the parts, and made the whole thing dynamic and vanilla compatible.
