there is a possibility to make it transparent or remove the white/orange rotating "flower" behind the Nilin´s neck ...
or somewhere there is such a mod ...

I think you cannot make mesh invisible just with texture editing. Maybe it is possible with hex editing, but I'm not willing to do that. :)
