What is Mods Folder.jar?
Mods Folder.jar is the file that comes with ModGuy's Loader that automatically generates the file structure for custom characters in SDT. It should be run in the same folder where you can find "Loader.swf" and "SDT.swf".

I can't open it! Halp!
Make sure that you have Java installed. Note: A window won't pop up when you run the program. It should do all the work without displaying anything on the screen.
