I really like the look of the vanilla nipples. They look like the girl is really aroused. (Or it's very cold.)
However, sometimes they could be a little bit larger.
So, here you go.
The mod was made using the original artwork.
I scaled up the nipples slightly and adjusted the gradient fill so that the darker color extends further outwards.
left: vanilla nipples - right: larger nipples
All four skin types are available.
Regular and alternate version with nipples pointing slightly upward
NOTE: The mod doesn't work properly when loaded from a character folder via the Mods.txt file.

I think you are experiencing the same issue which was reported by user hikasamo. (See his review below.)
Unfortunately, I don't know how to resolve it.
However, there's a few alternative ways of applying the mod. I listed them in my response to hikasamo's review.
