You need animtools. If you've already got it, place these in the animtools_positions folder, it should be in settings. You can manually load them through the in game animtools loader from there, or have them load automatically for you. To do that open the animtoolsV37settings text and copy the names of the position's text file and paste the names into the "Oral" section in the same manner that the ones that are already in there are.
