BDO-AIO v2.5.0 (2026-09-17) - full rework of the interface
One-folder Windows installer for Black Desert Online PC (PAZ / Meta Injector).
NOT Skyrim. Adult / NSFW visual client mods. This update replaces the console
menu with a native dashboard; the old console is still included.
WHAT'S NEW
- Native Windows dashboard (START.bat). Eight pages: Overview, Mod choices,
Body limits, Detailed editor, Recovery & updates, Graphics & performance,
Tools, Activity.
- New look: Obsidian & Gold with Dark (default), Night and Light themes.
Preview from Appearance in the sidebar; Save settings remembers it.
- Detailed editor: per-class pubic styles, shared-texture group, ten authored
female 3D meshes, six male mesh styles, all without a console.
- Recovery & updates: read-only preview of restore / reference / isolate
actions with exact file lists, confirmations and automatic rollback.
- Graphics & performance: preview bundled GameOption profiles before applying
(Remastered 1080p / 1440p / DLDSR 4K), complete backup beside the file,
unknown settings preserved. NVIDIA .nip import stays in Profile Inspector.
- Safety: settings save atomically, keeps unrelated fields, refuses concurrent
edits; staged files are never proof of injection; verify current meta button.
- Failed injection-stage promotion now restores the previous stage instead of
losing it.
- Classic console retained: START-CLASSIC.bat.
REQUIREMENTS
- Black Desert Online PC (NA/EU), Python 3, live PAZ folder with pad00000.meta
- BDO Toolkit 1.3.0 for Meta Injector (not bundled)
UPGRADE
1. Download the ZIP (or the GitHub .7z mirror).
2. Extract over your existing BDO-AIO folder (your config.json and presets are
not shipped; nothing of yours is overwritten).
3. Run START.bat for the dashboard or START-CLASSIC.bat for the console.
4. Close the game and launcher before applying anything.

v2.4.2 - Fixes mods silently reverting after a game patch

If your mods vanished on their own and BDO complained about corrupted files, this is that bug. Nothing was actually corrupt.

pad00000.meta stores the client version in its header. An inject could leave that number lower than your installed client, so the launcher decided the game had rolled back, re-downloaded about 1 GB of patches and replaced the meta - wiping every mod and leaving ~1.6 GB of dead archives behind.

• The AIO now records your client version before injecting and re-checks it after. If it changed, it tells you DO NOT LAUNCH instead of letting the launcher eat your setup.
• New verify step confirms the patched meta is actually valid before you start the game.
• Restoring a vanilla backup made on an older client version is now blocked - it caused the same wipe.
• Startup warns you when the game has patched since your last inject.
• Removed old advice telling you to restore vanilla when the launcher stalls on a patch. That advice caused the problem.

After a game update, do this order: let the launcher finish and start the game once, then re-make your vanilla backup, then re-apply AIO -> PartCutGen -> Meta Injector.

PartCutGen was suspected and is fine. No body slider values, packs, or pipeline behaviour changed from v2.4.1.

BDO-AIO v2.4.1 — Changes since v2.3.0

BODY SLIDER WORKFLOW
- Simplified presets to Recommended, Custom, and Keep Current.
- Added 12 independently configurable axes covering:
• Breasts
• Thighs
• Butt cheeks
• Front pelvis/groin
• Belly/lower back

RECOMMENDED VALUES
- Breasts: X/Y/Z 1.55
- Thighs: Y/Z 1.35 — leg-length axis untouched
- Butt cheeks: X/Y/Z 1.20
- Front pelvis/groin: Y/Z 1.40 — length axis untouched
- Belly/lower back: X 1.28 and Z 1.45 — Y untouched

CONTROL EXPLANATIONS
- Breast X controls forward projection/length.
- Breast Y controls width.
- Breast Z controls height.
- BDO’s observed breast limits are uneven: X 1.30 versus Y/Z 1.55.
- Custom mode includes balanced and equal-additive testing examples.
- Butt cheeks controls cheek shape/roundness, not total ass size.
- Front pelvis/groin Z is the main overall pelvis/ass-size control and
influences both the front groin and rear.

BELLY FIX
- Correctly unlocks the final belly-depth slider.
- Belly X can move the groin downward slightly and is clearly warned.
- Old Belly configurations do not silently enable the new X adjustment.

SAFETY
- Only maximum slider limits are modified.
- Minimum and default values remain untouched.
- Existing higher class-specific limits are never reduced.
- Thigh and pelvis length axes remain protected.
- Generated descriptors preserve their exact original byte lengths.
- Legacy body configurations migrate automatically.
- Added validation preventing invalid, duplicate, or unsupported axes.

• Restored the original Resorepless Lower Back and Belly body control.
• Added a separate belly Max setting targeting the correct Bip01 Spine bone.
• Spine1 and Spine2 remain untouched.
• Preserves the X torso-length axis; only Y/Z lower-back and abdomen girth can widen.
• Conservative belly presets:
  • Baseline: 1.10
  • Recommended: 1.20
  • High: 1.25
  • Extreme: 1.30
• Remains widen-only: never changes Default, Min, or reduces larger class-authored values.
• Legacy spine, stomach, and abdomen names now resolve to belly.
• Named presets add belly automatically. Existing custom configurations remain unchanged until edited.
• No vanilla restore is required to add or raise belly. Restore first only when lowering a limit previously injected by an older tool.

v2.2.0 (2026-08-06)

- Censorship rewrite for 2026 client: blanks from live PAZ, DXT5/DXT3 only, never DXT1, never *_cull* clip masks, no more 2018 stubs that holed the body. Default still OFF.
- 3D vagina/penis: nude body only — no longer overwrites Midnight underwear hide (fixes empty under skirts).
- Body Max ceilings: vanilla 1.25/1.15/1.10 · recommended 1.37/1.30/1.18 · high 1.65/1.40/1.19 · extreme 2.00/1.45/1.20 (per-part clip warnings).
- Clearer recovery menu; genital class list = authored meshes only.
- Built-in shorts that are mesh/DXT1 need XYZW remesh — texture censorship cannot remesh outfits.
- Upgrade: restore vanilla meta before re-applying if you used old censorship.

Presets are Max ceilings only (not forced body size). Min≈0.7-0.9, Default≈1.00, Max=ceiling.

Stock Max (live client): breasts~1.25, thighs~1.10-1.15, hips~1.00-1.10.
