Hey I'm actually just submitting this to ask why it's not working? Like the position changes but the arm stays the same. I've been wanting this for so long and neither this nor the second version work. What am I doing wrong?

You mean the two arms holding her head yeah? It's not part of the position. It's a loader feature. To go the 'Loader' tab and on the bottom left you should find a button which says 'arm'. Click it and it will toggle on his off arm holding her.
